These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, software, artificial intelligence systems, automation tools, websites, applications, and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Craze Studios LLC, doing business as Craze Studios (“Craze Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Definitions

“Client” or “You” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

“AI Systems” means automated tools, conversational agents, voice bots, scheduling bots, messaging bots, and workflow automations configured or deployed by Craze Studios.

“Third-Party Services” means platforms or services not owned by Craze Studios, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Twilio, Stripe, Meta, Google, or CRM providers.

“Confidential Information” means any non-public business, technical, or personal data disclosed in connection with the Services.

2. Scope of Services

Craze Studios provides AI consulting, implementation, configuration, automation, and support services, including but not limited to:

AI receptionist systems

Missed-call text back automation

AI scheduling and lead qualification

CRM automation and integrations

Marketing and operational consulting

Craze Studios does not provide legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. All Services are provided for general business automation and operational efficiency purposes only.

3. Eligibility & Authority

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old

You have full authority to bind the business entity you represent

Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy, legality, and compliance of all data, scripts, prompts, call flows, messages, and automations

Obtaining all required consents, disclosures, and permissions (including call recording, SMS, and AI disclosures)

Compliance with TCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, FTC regulations, and local telecommunication laws

Monitoring and reviewing AI outputs before relying on them

Craze Studios does not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, compliant, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.

5. AI Systems Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI systems are probabilistic and non-deterministic

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate

Craze Studios does not control third-party AI models

You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on AI outputs

Craze Studios expressly disclaims liability for:

Business losses

Missed leads

Incorrect bookings

Miscommunications

Regulatory violations caused by AI behavior

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with Third-Party Services. Craze Studios:

Does not control or endorse third-party platforms

Is not responsible for outages, data loss, pricing changes, or policy violations

Is not liable for actions taken by third-party providers

Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Fees, Billing & Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing

Subscription services auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

Craze Studios may suspend Services for non-payment

Prices may change with notice

No guarantees of revenue, lead volume, or business growth are made.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, workflows, AI configurations, templates, documentation, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Craze Studios, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

Reverse engineer

Resell

White-label

Redistribute

Copy proprietary workflows

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information.

Craze Studios implements commercially reasonable safeguards but does not guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.

10. International Use & Compliance

The Services may be accessed globally. You are solely responsible for compliance with:

Local data protection laws

Telecommunications laws

Consumer protection regulations

Craze Studios makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

CRAZE STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

MERCHANTABILITY

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

NON-INFRINGEMENT

ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI OUTPUTS

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

CRAZE STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO CRAZE STUDIOS IN THE PRECEDING 30 DAYS.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craze Studios from any claims arising from:

Your use of the Services

Your data or scripts

Regulatory violations

Third-party disputes

AI-generated communications

14. MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION.

No class actions

No jury trials

No consolidated claims

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Termination

Craze Studios may suspend or terminate Services immediately for:

Breach of Terms

Illegal activity

Abuse of AI systems

Non-payment

Upon termination, all licenses immediately end.

17. Changes to Terms

Craze Studios may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Craze Studios and supersede all prior agreements.
